Notification of Issues:

  1. You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If items are signed for from the carrier there is little recourse we have to collect damages from the shipper. So be sure to inspect product upon delivery before you sign for items.
  2. To report an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and a description of the problem.

Return Request:

  1. If you need to return an item for any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect product, you must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. To request a return, please contact our customer service team at Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

  1. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
  4. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.


  1. "Special Order" or "Custom" items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by transportation.


  1. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus a 5% restock fee and original shipping charges.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
